Pricing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel a monthly or yearly plan whenever you like; it stops renewing and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
What is the refund policy?
Email us within 14 days of your first payment (or of a lifetime purchase) for a full refund. Details are in the terms.
What does lifetime mean?
A one-time payment for Pro access for as long as Explain My Chess operates the service. The early-bird price is limited to the first 100 buyers, then it is $249. The monthly fair-use limits still apply.
Will the free review always be free?
Yes. The browser review needs no account and has no cap on the number of games. Pro only adds the extras listed above.
What are the fair-use limits?
Pro covers up to 100 Coach-explained games and 50 scoresheet photos per month. Repeating a game we already explained does not count.
